Loved all the special thoughtful touches and classical music playing making me feel instantly relaxed. Warm, cozy, inviting. Plenty of space, well appointed kitchenette, delicious food. Super relaxing spa bath. Balcony among the trees and nature with birds visiting daily. Magical loft space, open fireplace, warm and cozy with the most wonderful hosts. This cottage was everything i dreamed of and more :) You’ll get everything you need for breakfast in the fridge, and there’s a spa, champagne and the indoor fireplace was a surreal experience. Annette was also the loveliest host ever. She had great recommendations for the Blue Mountains area and so lovely to chat with x Highly recommend!
Annette’s loft is perfect for a romantic getaway for young and old. It’s classic, cozy, warm, surrounded by gorgeous bushland, and there’s many thoughtful touches to make it a special stay. Loved the soft Classical music playing upon arrival and champagne. We were especially excited for the huge spa and breakfast goodies too! Spa was great. I really appreciated the little things like fresh cut flowers, delicious eggs from the chickens, Lindt chocolates on top of our fluffy soft towels, the Fireplace, fresh ground coffee (and decaf, thank you!) coffee machine, Smart TV, lots of local guidebooks and info, everything you needed to cook meals for two, toiletries, and the handmade soaps were lovely too. Another highlight was the native birds in their garden - wow. We spotted a gorgeous Satin Bowerbird (and I think it’s partner) quite a few times, Wattlebirds, Cockatoos, Rosellas, a King Parrot couple even greeted us at reception! Keep an eye out the square window at the top of the stairs - we watched a pair of Spinebills for quite some time from this great spot. Amazing!
Spent two magical days here for mine & my partner Andy's 3rd anniversary. Annette and Danny are lovely and welcoming. The Loft is exactly how it looks online. It's perfect for a romantic getaway. We had such a lovely stay that we hope to stay here again next year 😊 totally recommend this place for peace & tranquility. We loved having the open fire place, spa bath & all the goodies in the fridge for breakfast like fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden chook house
Annette and Danny are lovely and had thought of everything. The room is gorgeous and breakfast was perfect. The spa is amazing. The surrounds are spectacular. The Loft is a very short walk to the Norman Lindsay Gallery. And, best of all, we managed to both relax and get some writing done.
We've stayed here a few time for trips away to the Blue Mountains and there's a reason we keep coming back. The loft is beautiful and Annette and Danny put so much care and detail into preparing the loft for guests and it's always so lovely and peaceful there. We always really appreciate how they provide us fresh eggs from their hens, bacon for breakfast, biscuits, chocolate to have with tea and coffee; once you're there you feel like you don't need to leave for anything. Just get the fireplace going and you're all set. Thank you Annette and Danny, we look forward to our next visit.
